It looks like we are going to be getting some decent snowfall tomorrow! We haven't had any snow (beyond some flurries) yet this year. It has actually been a pretty mild winter so far, in terms of temperature and precipitation.
I am thankful that the snow will be throughout Saturday, as that means there is far less need for travel. I enjoy snow, and look forward to it, when I can be home. I am very excited to get bundled up with my wife and daughter so we can spend some time out playing in it. It was nice and gold this morning so my wife got our daughter all bundled up with her winter gear this morning and it was adorable - though a bit of a hassle..
I think our daughter will love playing in the snow and really enjoy some sledding! I know I still enjoy sledding quite a bit. Fortunately this year we have some sleds. We learned the hard way a few years ago that you cannot find sleds around here when there is any hint that snow will be coming - they sell out immediately.
If you live in an area that gets snow, do you still do any sledding as an adult? I didn’t until we bought our house, then we started getting the urge to - and it is still as fun as when you were a kid. Though it takes a bit more of a toll on the body nowadays…
I am almost at a week with whatever illness I have been afflicted with. I started feeling better a couple days ago, but am not nearly back to normal. So I still haven’t smoked any. I am missing it, but hopefully I will feel up to it again very soon.
