TGIF!
First off, thank you to all those who have been participating in my last blog post about brand recommendations! I have gotten some good ideas and have reached out to some companies already.
Second off, it is hard to believe it is almost mid October…
I am excited though, as I love this time of year. The weather is always perfect for me and I love the changing leaves.
Today I am extra excited because it is our yearly Pumpkin Patch day!
My wife and I found an awesome Pumpkin Patch about 45 minutes away that we started going to after our daughter was born and it has become our little tradition. We are going a little late this year due to our schedules, but it ended up being a good day for it!
I am really looking forward to it this year since our daughter is a little older now and will, assuredly, be even more excited about all the activities they have there for kids.
Speaking of kids and October - we are having a heck of a time trying to figure out what to do for her Halloween costume this year… She is two and a half, so she’s not really at the point where she is definitively set on a particular costume idea. We also like trying to come up with something a little more unique/not just a typical store-bought costume. Though this tends to complicate it/make more work for us.. Oh well, it’s all part of the fun!
